Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will always strive to find a satisfactory solution.
All sales are subject to our return and exchange policy.
Return/exchange claims must be made within 15 business days of delivery for quality issues or defects, and within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date for lost orders. The decision regarding exchanges will be based on photographic evidence and descriptions provided by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items Policy
While we promptly exchange items in the event of errors on our part or defective items, there are certain scenarios that are ineligible for returns or exchanges, including ordering the wrong size or dissatisfaction with fabric texture or color. While we may consider the eligibility of such disputes upon further review, we are under no obligation to satisfy them. We encourage customers to review our size guide and product descriptions before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
Once orders have been shipped or entered production, cancellation is not possible.
